Fit Kitchen is a Dunedin based company, which was started to solve a problem for lower South Island customers - getting the right nutrition to supplement their busy lives. In today’s world convenience is everything and we want to simplify the struggle to eat clean on the go.

Fitkitchen Meals are currently unavailable whilst we up our production to cater to increasing national demand. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Our meals have a shelf life of 3 days in the fridge. Always check the use by/expiry date before consumption. Fitkitchen meals are prepared daily so you can be assured that they are fresh.

A custom meal builder function is the next feature we are working on.

Each menu item comes with a full ingredient list on the container and on our website, so you will know exactly what you're ordering!
Prior to consuming any products from Fitkitchen Ltd. it is important to note that we make a variety of dishes in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee our products are completely free from any allergen such as milk, nuts, egg, sesame seeds, fish, crustacean, soy, sulphites and gluten.

If you have a life threatening allergy it is advisable you do not purchase meals from Fitkitchen Ltd as we cannot guarantee the complete absence of these ingredients from our products.

No, we pride ourselves on being 100% preservative free.

The meals can either be heated for 1-3 minutes in the microwave (time varies dependent on the power of your microwave), within the container provided or transferred to a plate and reheated. When heating in the container provided partially unseal the lid so the container is ventilated.

If you do not have a microwave, or prefer not to use one, you may also reheat the meals in the oven (not in the provided container).
